Sustainable Land Development Code Adoption Draft Schedule Update Santa Fe, NM –November 26, 2013 – Santa Fe County has scheduled an additional Sustainable Land Development Code (SLDC) public meeting and has scheduled two Board of County Commissioners Public Hearings. Public Meeting Monday, December 2 at 6 p.m. Pojoaque Satellite Office at 5 West Gutierrez Rd Suite 9 Board of County Commissioners Public Hearing Tuesday, December 3 at 4 p.m. County Commission Chambers, 102 Grant Ave. Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting Consideration of adoption of the SLDC Tuesday, December 10 at 2 p.m. County Commissioner Chambers, 102 Grant Ave. The SLDC contains detailed regulations to guide future growth and development in the County in accordance with the Sustainable Growth Management Plan (SGMP) which was adopted in 2010. The Sustainable Land Development Code Adoption Draft can be viewed at the County website at santafecountynm.gov/sldc. The website also provides additional information on the SLDC including meeting dates and proposed changes. Reference copies of the Sustainable Land Development Code Adoption Draft are available at all of the Satellite Offices and County Administrative Offices.
