Sustainable recovery isnt just about access to services in ones home environment, rather its about the actual use of the resources. My clients arent stupid but they are challenged when it comes to participating in the plan that was so thoughtfully laid out in treatment. Lets not be naive any longer and make arrangements for clients to have the best chance at success and no longer allow them arrive home alone. Lets strongly link them to treatment by sending someone with them to put into action continuing care plans that normally become folder coasters.
