I feel, that while this may be true on many levels, it neednt dissuade us, as it often seems to imply, from speaking up when we see darkness or when our sisters and brothers are suffering. I am aware that in certain beliefs of reincarnation, beliefs especially held within the so called higher classes, even helping someone out is seen as an interference, postponing the karmic suffering the individual must at some future point endure. I feel this often can be a convenient way of blinding ourselves and dulling our heart responses so we may move onto less important activities in our lives. I use [ the tools of ] Oshos quotes, books and videos, as well as those of other inspirational friends to evoke my own understandings often leading to a truer empathy for the situations of others . Some call this the inner ‘wisdom, intuition, insight or guidance’. Whatever term you use, this is the little voice inside me that represents the real me. It’s the me after stripping away society’s standards and expectations — and everyone else’s including my Sanyasin family’s expectations. For example, I can’t tell you how many thousand times I and other friends have used Padma’s amazing ‘Osho Deck’ and Rune ‘Tarot’ to access deeper inner insights. Thank you so much Padma… You have created many AMAZING channels- not simply for the purpose of parroting Osho or others to support my and others conditioned beliefs, but rather a context in which to test what he has said to see if it works within my own life. The man I knew wouldnt have it any other way. If we are well inspired, I feel we can endeavor to see clearly and speak up with full lungs, head held upright, and receive what existence wants to whisper [or shout] back.
