Sweet story about my baby girl. Last night before dinner, Mike took a man to the grocery store. (Background information-He walks up an down our street a lot and sometimes has several gallons of milk/water. Over the summer Mike offered him a ride and every since then whenever we see him we drive him to/from the store. We have given him our numbers but he never calls. He lives all the way down on Hillside and pushes his grocery cart all the way up and down the hills of Anderson Ferry). So Mike took him to Kroger last night, then waited on him to shop and took him back home. At dinner he was saying that the man thanked him and was very grateful. Alyson says, Daddy, that was so nice of you. Maybe by next year, you can save up and buy him a car. She is always so thoughtful and giving. We explained that buying him a car probably wasnt something we could do because cars come with additional expenses but we could at least offer him a ride. Nonetheless, it was a sweet dinner conversation.
