Sweetness is mistaken for spirituality alot. Sometimes the little old sweet lady that speaks eloquently is no more spiritual than a man in the moon. U know the ones Im talking about. The one who puts herself on a pedestal with big words and sweetness. Truth is we all dont have sweet personalities and if u, as a believer in Jesus Christ, dont feel good and are grumpy if u are up to date on naming your sins to God the Father, through Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit u are filled with the Holy Spirit. If there is a unnamed sin u havent named to God u are CARNAL regardless how sweet u are. Human good and Divine good are anethetical to each other. We only can produce divine good when we are in fellowship. Human good, out of fellowship, is filthy menestral rags to God. Isa. 64:6. He turns his nose up to our human good. The only way to please God is with Divine good and the only way to produce divine good is stay in fellowship by using 1st John 1:9, learn the mind of Christ, aka bible doctrine, make decisions based on Gods thoughts, do what u are led to do by your commanding officer, The Holy Spirit, this glorifies God because its his thoughts and directions u do, not yours! Its Gods word, Gods way, Gods timing, u are just doing what God teaches u in bible class that glorifies God, NOT YOU! Grace, Grace, Grace! Sorry if this post is not sweet enough for you, I just dont care for self righteous, legalistic, better than thou morons who want to judge people and dont have a clue about living the spiritual life. Its Not about emotion.
