Synopsis of the Revised PGBBA Inc. Constitution & By Laws The usual constitution and by laws of any Corporation begins with Preamble, Name & Domicile etc etc. As i have already posted earlier, PGBBA had reserved a juridical entity domicile name to Securities & Exchange Commission by the name: Philippine Game Fowl Backyard Breeders Association Inc. PGBBA Inc. is committed to its original Vision & Mission which is: (The purposes of this Organization are:) A. To further upgrade & enhance the gamefowls of backyard breeders in the Philippines. a1: Upgrade the gamefowls of backyard breeders who are members of PGBBA thru: “ Reduced Price Scheme” where prices of game fowl offspring will be available to legit members on 50% or half the price lower than the market price of the well known breeders where the breed materials come from. a2. Thru “Installment Payment Scheme” or “Hulugan” in vernacular but the only difference is that the member can not get to own the game fowl unless full payment is complied. a3. Thru Raffle based on Philippine Lottery Draw winning numbers. a4. Using PGBBA Fund to acquire top notch quality breeding material from well known breeders. a5. Of which the said breeding materials from the well known breeder will be managed & will be propagated by PGBBA of which the offspring will be available to members thru: a1, a2, & a3. And PGBBA Inc. added a valuable and much neededbenefit for each member which is the Financial Assistance in case of untimely demise of PGBBA Inc. member. Cash assistance from each members obligatory contribution of 100.00/member Aside from membership fee of 500.00php, each member has a monthly dues of 50.00/month or 600pesos if paid yearly.
