T Harper Are You One Of Fathers Elect ? Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this time. (Jezebel meant to kill Elijah.) And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, (Normal reaction.) and came to Beersheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there. But he himself went a days journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers. (Feeling pity for himself.) And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat. And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. ( He was ready to quit. No need to go further, he did his best.) And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee. (Elijah is not done yet. Father has work for him to do and He will give you what you need to strengthen you for it.) And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God. And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah? ( Father had not sent him there.) And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. (Elijah was hiding out and even after all the Lord had done for him he still pitied himself and let the flesh interfere. Do you think the children of God have not done the same thing today? When people refuse to study Fathers word and allow all references to the Christian God to be removed from society or let the god of political correctness shut their mouth they have done just that. Father will stop blessing those who are not obedient and those who kick Him out. Bad news for them though....its HIS house. ) And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. (Father showed Elijah a small demonstration of His power. Then spoke to him in a quiet, calm voice. Father was showing Elijah He could do large awesome things but that this was not how He would accomplish His plan. ) And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah? And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. ( Father knew Elijah was obedient and even though he had his flesh moments Father instructed him further.) And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria: And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room. And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay. Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have NOT bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him. (So Elijah even though he thought he was the only one left willing to do Fathers work Father told him, I have 7000 just like you that I can call upon to do My work. But right now I only need one. What is important here is that this 7000 is not just a literal number. 7 in scripture has to do with spiritual perfection, and 1000 means it is multiplied. Do we know the exact number really? I dont think so, but Father does.) So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: ( Elisha was not controlling 12 yoke of oxen but only one of twelve pairs. And Elisha was the last in the line plowing. Father had 11 other pair of oxen also plowing but Elisha was who Father chose to follow Elijah. There are 12 tribes of Israel, 12 disciples and all will do there part but certain individuals have duties to perform. Father does not choose His workers by our standards.) and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him. And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said unto him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee? ( Elijah did not choose him, Father did. ) *** This will be a surprise to many but all Christians are not Fathers elect. But all the elect are Christians. Meaning Christs men. Men being gender neutral. *** Romans 11: 4 - 11, But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. ( And even at THIS present time there is an election of grace.) And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded. ( This may not sit well but most of Israel, the true tribes of Israel do not know who they are. Many are Christian and some are not. ) (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. ( And again even unto this day in October 2014.) And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them: Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway. I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. ( Father had a plan and He knew from the first earth age when we were in spiritual bodies that many would not choose correctly or that they would be content with a certain place and would be fence sitters. Not wanting to take an absolute stand. They preferred to be politically correct. ) *** So what separates the elect from other Christians? They were chosen from the foundation of this earth age from the stand they took against Lucifer/satan in the first earth age. In other words they have already overcome. But that means they have a higher responsibility in doing Fathers work. *** Ephesians 1: 1 - 11, Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus: Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him BEFORE THE FOUNDATION of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he MIGHT gather together in one all things in Christ, BOTH which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: Revelation 13: 4 - 9, And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are NOT written in the book of life of the Lamb slain FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD . If any man have an ear, let him hear. ( If you are able and desire to hear with understanding then do so NOW. This is not about self promotion, pride or grabbing the spotlight. This is about TRUTH and Fathers WORD. Fathers word can be bitter or sweet depending on where you stand in His word. Fathers word does not say what I say it says but what He says it says. ) 1 Corinthians 14: 36 - 39, What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only? If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, ( The times we are living dictate this message. You wonder what is going on? Father is finishing His plan. There is no gathering away, there is no rapture of the church. These new movies out or coming out are deception. We are in the season and we all know how quickly a season goes by. Harvest is coming. )
