You will pay us after you sell your t-shirts and are placing your order. Then you can use the money you collected to pay for your order. When you place your order, HARRIS PLACE MARKET will calculate the cost of your order based on the profit percentage you earned. You will pay us that amount of money and keep your profit. People have raised lots of money selling t-shirts. However for some groups enhancements and casual spending have slowed recently due to changes in the economy. T-shirts unlike many items used to serve fundraisers will have a longer life and also serve as great gifts. We are excited to be able to offer this fundraiser. We are very eager to help our community with up building. We believe this fundraiser creates team work and bonding along with raising money. How it works HARRIS PLACE MARKET t-shirt fundraisers are pre sell or brochure sales. That means you sell the t- shirts using free brochures and order forms we provide. We suggest you schedule a two-week selling period. At the end of the sale you tally together all the order forms and money and call us with your bulk order. T-shirts will be delivered to organization administrator or postal delivery upon request. Shipping will not cost to TN residents only, all out of state orders pay shipping depending on provider choice. Each case will weigh approximately 15 pounds. There is no minimum order. You order your FREE pre-sell brochures for each participant, take orders, then call in or fax your final order of needed amounts. There are no gimmicks. There is no risk whatsoever to get started. FREE Order Forms - We provide each member of your group with a FREE full color brochure showing color photos of the products and providing complete product details. The brochure is a simple promotional piece that shows your customers everything they need to know. We also send along free cash collection envelopes to store cash and checks collected during the sale. And we provide a final tally sheet you can use to fax or mail in your order. Available Any Time of Year – You choose when to start the process no contracts, no pressure. FREE SHIPPING - We offer free shipping to Tennessee residents only. Unfortunately, due to extraordinary freight costs all other areas will be charged a remote freight surcharge. Please ask your fundraising specialist whether you are in a remote area as defined by our freight carriers. Rest assured there are no gimmicks or hidden shipping fees. If shipping is not 100% included you will know before you get started. When will you get your T-SHIRTS? We try to deliver ONE week after we receive your order. We will set up a date with you when you pay for your order. But you should allow a minimum of one week after you place your bulk order. We will do our best to narrow a delivery window as much as possible but we use 3rd party freight companies. Our experience is that your shipment will arrive within a 2 hour window most times. Have members of your group T-SHIRTS to friends and family and collect payment. 3. At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them all together. 4. You place the final order for the products with us by phone or fax. 5. We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants. Unless other specf. 6. Tally all of the order forms together. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.. Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice.
