T is for TRIs! And Tuesday :) Consider this your fitness challenge for today! Do not need a gym or an official step to do this. Use the bottom of your stairs, the edge of a chair or a counter top even, each is a different level of intensity. Shoot to do the dips without leg kicks for 30 seconds, then turn it up a notch and add the kicks for 30 seconds longer to complete a full minute. How many sets will you do? I say shoot for 5 sets ;) Helllo cute cute summer tank tops!
