TAIWAN RICE DONATION FOR RIZAL – Antipolo City Mayor Jun Ynares (center); together with Taiwan Economic and Culture Office (TECO) Representative Andrew Lin (right), Taiwan Association, Inc. (Philippines) President Andy Cheng (left), Wellcom Telecom Supermarket CEO Wayne Chi, and other Taiwanese officials; distribute sacks of rice to some 1,100 Typhoon Mario and Habagat victims from sitio Sumilang, barangay San Jose of this city. The rice donation and distribution were coordinated with the Taiwan Association in the Philippines by the Rizal provincial government under the stewardship of Gov. Nini Ynares. TECO and other Taiwanese organizations have been giving assistance to Rizal constituents in terms of relief goods, medical and surgical missions and other services.
