TAKE NOTICE! The next 4 week phase of training will be focused on the density and volume of the workouts as well as a focus on fat loss. we will still lift challenging weights but without a specific strength program. Also the week will be set up in 4 consecutive full body workouts, so no more wed core workout or tuesday specific board workouts. It would be advantageous to come to class as often as possible while combining sound nutritional principles. step 1 did it come from the ground? step 2 was it alive? step 3 1 gallon of water a day step 4 eat 3 times as many veggies as you think you should step 5 are your calories in check? are you over or under your recommended allowances? *remember you only need a 350 calorie deficit to lose weight! This is only 4 weeks long so take the opportunity to challenge yourself for the next month , if anyone wants before or after measurements let me know picture are a great reference as well.
