TAOBAORING RANT. Please read if you are going to order from there in the future! I am not going to say to not order from them again, but please keep this in mind. TLDR; I lost over $40 because they have such a bad service and would not reimburse me when they said they would. So I have ordered from there a total of three times. The first two times they had A+ service, 10/10 would recommend, wow. The third time I ordered from them, service was so bad I never want to order from there again! [but I have to unfortunately...you will see when you read the rest] 1.Whenever I ordered from Taobaoring, I got Rosalinda as my agent. I got my order processed on 4/22; e-mail said that the custom made items will take 7-10 to make. >>waits 2 weeks >>TBR still has not received any items >>e-mails Rosalinda if she can ask how much longer it will take >>no reply >>e-mails Rosalinda a week later >>no reply >>goes on TBR website and finds out that Rosalinda is no longer an agent and no one told me? >>E-mails Sydney, another agent, and she is the worst agent ever ajvg;haga 2. >>Pair of tights sold out after I placed the order >>Rosalinda tells me I can place a separate order to buy those tights and they will reimburse me the money for the first pair of tights >>Agent switches to Sydney >>Sydney says that they cannot reimburse even thought they did not use my original cash to buy the tights since it was sold out?? 3. >>buys Cardcaptor Sakura wand >>Wand is too long so it cannot fit in package >>I tell them to send it separately and I can pay for the extra shipping >>Sydney says that the wand is really easy to cut >>no, I will pay for you to send it separately >>for the next three e-mails Sydney tries to convince me that they could cut the wand >>receives the wand today AND THEY ATTEMPTED TO CUT THE WAND EVEN AFTER I SAID NO 4.>>Buys cosplay >>seller is apparently a scam and takes the money and disappear >>Sydney: we will reimburse you the money! >>never got reimbursed and Sydney ignores almost all my messages that I asked for my money back 5. >>forgets to ship and item >>Their mistake and they do not offer to ship it to me at a discounted price >>Instead I got, We will ship it to you on your next order jaofjwds;gswgv (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ︵ ┻━┻
