TAXPAYERS “STABED IN THE BACK” BY THE TEXAS RANGERS JPMORGAN –AACOG MONEY LAUNDERING CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION IS A SCAM HUD SECRETARY NOMINEE JULIAN CASTRO PROTECTED FROM EXPOSURE THE MEDIA PLAYS ALONG WHILE KEVIN WOLFF HIDES THE CRIMES Alamo Area Council of Governments-AACOG Director Dean Danos, AACOG Director Mike Quinn and co-conspirator Jackqueline Cooper set up a shell corporation using Quinn’s personal credit card and began laundering money via the organizations bank account at JPMorgan Chase Bank.....a violation of law. The three conspired to enter into illegal transactions and illegal leases. While “dashing” Michael Quinn was receiving gift cards from Jackqueline for massages and colon hydrotherapy Dean Danos gave himself a hefty raise. Everyone had a good time while citizens depending on assistance were suffering and taxpayers were robbed. Taxpayers and members of the thirteen-county organization lost an estimated $250,000 in the criminal conspiracy that AACOG Board Chairman Kevin Wolff has allowed to become public knowledge after he “bought” a $6000 investigation from Penden Investigations who refused to interview citizens coming forward with information and refused to include proof of long-term criminal activity is their report. Texas Ranger Bradley Freeman- Company F published a document on April 8, 2014 indicating that he was the lead investigator and that SAPD and Bexar County were NOT involved as it would jeopardize the impartiality of the case. Citizens turned over reams of information and recordings concerning long-term criminal activity within AACOG, the City and the County involving former AACOG Directors Dean Danos, Michael Quinn and others. Freeman’s criminal investigation was directly linked to US Attorney Steven Yarbrough’s criminal investigation into Bexar County corruption as many of the same persons were named in both criminal investigations. “SAPD and Bexar County are NOT included in this investigation as it jeopardizes the impartiality of the case” - Texas Ranger Bradley Freeman- Company F – email of April 8, 2014 It appears that Texas Ranger Bradley Freeman- Company F was not being totally honest....surprise, surprise, surprise.... It appears that Bexar County IS involved. The Texas Rangers have completed their initial investigation without interviewing several citizens reporting criminal activity involving AACOG funds, former Director Dean Danos, former Director Michael Quinn and others. The results of their “investigation” are being turned over to Bexar County District Attorney Susan Reed to see IF she wants to prosecute herself, SAPD Chief McManus, BCSO Sheriff Pamerleau, Quinn, Danos, Jackqueline Cooper, former AACOG Director Grant Gaul, Mayor Julian Castro, AACOG Board Member- Texas Senator Leticia Van De Putte , former Texas Ranger Hank Whitman and others for concealing the theft and misuse of AACOG/ State / Federal funds and other crimes. Additional information is attached for review. Neither Ranger Freeman nor AACOG Board Chairman Kevin Wolff responded to certified mail of 4/30/2014 or other correspondence. Open Records requests filed with AACOG must be addressed by May 30, 2014...tomorrow. TPR, KABB, KSAT, KENS, WAOI, SA Express News, etc. know all about the criminal cover-up. They have known for years. Ask them if they intend on continuing the media blackout designed to keep taxpayers in the dark and to protect the criminals on our public payroll. bmylar@ksat, JAvila@news4sanantonio, [email protected], dcollier@kens5, yvirgin@foxsanantonio, [email protected]
