There will be a MSU General Assembly on Wednesday, March 26th at 5 PM in Burridge Gym. The General Assembly is the highest governing student body meeting. As students it is very important that we attend this meeting so that we can make our voices heard. This year a motion will be presented for BDS which stands for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions. The motion proposes that McMaster University join the call and stand against the injustices committed towards the Palestinians by the state of Israel through means of non-violent resistance. In order for the motion to be passed, 633 votes are required. We need YOU to join the discussion, whether it be for or against.
