( A1018237) HES BEEN ON THE LIST BEFORE, LETS GET HIM O-U-T, TONIGHT! •*¨*•.¸¸.ℒℴѵℯ A volunteer writes: Walking with this guy is like walking with the hunky guy who everyone wants to meet! Small in stature, but big and adorable in personality, Machoke (named for a Pokémon character), is tail waggy friendly to all people and other dogs. Likely housetrained, he went as soon as we were out the door. He pulls on the leash so will benefit from a harness and/or some leash training to make it better on both ends of the leash. After creating a harness from my leash he did so much better! Machoke sits when asked to, takes treats super gently and was my best photographers model of the day. He makes great eye contact, sits still for pictures and is a total gem! He seems to love other dogs, doing well in play group with both males and females. In my lap for some hugs and kisses, Machoke uses his front paws like hands, holding onto my arm as I pet him. So cute! He chases after a tossed ball, playing with it for a bit, but not knowing the art of retrieve. His new pet parents can teach him that. Sweet, easy, gorgeous, playful and loving, its clear that Machoke enjoyed the benefits of a home before joining us as a stray.
