TBM TRUMPET CALL 2014-10-27 “Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said ‘Who is on the LORD’s side? Let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.” ~ EXODUS 32:26 JESUS CALLING: COME TO MY SIDE Recently, just as we have heard many in the prophetic ministry prophesy, a separation truly has begun. God is separating the sheep nation from the goat nations. Hard as it may sound, we saw this. It was a crisis time for Israel; Aaron, yet to be crowned the high priest had presumptuously led God’s people into the first excursion to idolatry. The Levites were smart; they chose the Lord’s side when Moses made the first altar call. How do we choose to be on the Lord’s side? Hearken to His word. To hearken is to hear and to do. Many are beginning to see the futility of believing a gospel that is not a gospel. What God did not say, He will not be part of it. There is not a single covenant promise in the Bible without a condition. This is what many have identified and labelled (rightly or wrongly) hyper-grace gospel; that is, talking more about the promises and almost nothing about the conditions for their fulfilment. We do not acquiesce to this label; all we are saying is this: whilst we preach grace, let’s look more intently at the access to grace. This is called faith {Romans 5:2} or obedience. Not one soul could ever be saved without first believing and repenting; this is the first doctrine of Christ {Hebrew 6:1-2}. Faith without works is dead {James 2:26} Faith is obedience; this should be the focus of any believer who is not going to be deceived or deluded. Obedience is also what God refers to as love. The Spirit gave a warning to God’s people {Please see Revelations 22:18-20}. We therefore make a simple call, return unto Him and He will return to you. To seek God is to know what He said, what our roles are, to have complete faith with the evidence, which is what we do because we believe. Then we are seeing fulfilment in this season. It is not over, it is only beginning. Coming to the side of Jesus will mean believing God’s word. If God is calling for unity, it will be on His own terms. Every single subject or field were founded and upheld by the same principle. Physics, Chemistry, medicine, engineering, social engineering, psychiatry, aviation, marine, computers etc are possible because of empirical knowledge and application. Doctors can go from Cuba to Africa because medicine is the same in Africa as in Cuba or anywhere else; this principle has however not been an easy principle for God’s people to agree upon. This is the simple call God is making; the Bible and the Holy Spirit were given to unify God’s people. The principles that govern our human existence has been somewhat unified; even animals have rights that we cannot abuse; the word of God should not be what anyone should trifle with. If Christ’s body cannot unite with the help and use of the Bible, it will be a hard sell telling the world to obey God. Whether the world would hear and obey God will be dependent on the example we present. The remnant will hear this call, but Love is calling; Come back to God, Amen. God bless and have a good week.
