#TBT here is the first public testimony I ever gave- this one is in opposition of Mayor Petersons video violence ordinance . If you have been following my post you know this was (as I noted) unconstitutional and the city had to pay us over $300k in legal fees. A few things of note : I wasnt grey or fat (yet) , I still suffer big hand gestures when speaking in public and my main lament was the role of the government intruding into our personal freedoms - I guess some things havent changed but at least now I am getting paid defend the rights of small businesses .
