TCMP Training of Valenzuela City Jail for both personnel and inmates was accomplished from August 6-13, 2013. The training team was composed of the following: J/SUPT CAROLINA BORRINAGA J/SINSP MARGIE MONSALUD JO2 Nardo Zambales JO2 Cleofas Escallado JO1 Virginia Mangawit Dra. Irene Lim NUP Leilani Banotan This was thru the initiative of J/SUPT FLORY F SANCHEZ (Wardress of Valenzuela City Jail).
