TEAM LEILANI UPDATE After a couple meetings with doctors and staff and the surgeon returning to the hospital to meet with us, I feel like I can breathe again. Our points were made, our feelings expressed, and our concerns were addressed. She is doing good so far actually. They have her at great oxygen levels and heart rate looks good and now the healing begins. Thank you all so much for your prayers! We are trusting everything has happened according to His plan every step of the way because only He knows what He has protected us from even if we have questions of what ifs throughout this journey so far. We know God is in ultimate control and I cant wait for the recovery to progress so I can start posting some exciting news of things shell be able to do that she wasnt able to do before surgery! :) shes ready to be a big girl and is ready to show them what she can do that they said would never be. Shes gonna surprise them and prove them wrong. Were Herreras...tell us we cant do something! Well show YOU!! ;)
