TEAM RAGE! Wow - killer workout today. I focused on a shorter version of 30-15 Upper Body Massacre using the new fitness rig at home. This included flat barbell bench press, incline, decline, and fly combined with pullup variations of wide front, chinup, triangle pull and neutral grip. I then pressed play on Focus 25 Beta: Speed 2.0. To me, Speed 2.0 is the most challenging of the Focus T25 cardio DVDs (I have tried all). I am a BIG fan of T25 and it is great to hybrid too with weight training. I am exhausted. Body Beast Hardcore Base Shake, Fuel Shot, MAX Creatine and Super Suma down. Vanilla Shakeology mixed in almond milk with banana and natural peanut butter this morning. Life is good! We will see what I feel like doing tomorrow, maybe one of the T25 total body workouts.
