TECHNOLOGY CRITIC NOTEBOOK - AT&T is experiencing a worldwide outage today on their so-called Easy Pay system on the Web and on the phone. There is no way to make changes to an account or even pay a freaking bill today. This company has gotten nothing but worse since it was taken over by Southwest Bell out of Texas back during the Bush years. Maybe its time to strongly consider switching from AT&T to another company, even though the truth is, they all suck and charge too much.
