TEDxAmsterdamED fans, Twenty speakers were pre-selected to pitch their ideas on stage @BoomChicago on Jan 11th. We are delighted to announce five of the speakers have been selected to present their idea on stage at the TEDxAmsterdamED main event in Theater Amsterdam. And the five selected speakers are......... - Sarah Woods - Identity: how fear and change intersect. - Dylan Hyman - Higher order thinking in the classroom. - Lital Marom - Cultivating a hacker mindset. - Joost Uitdewilligen - I Am You. How Immersive learning can help us. - Andre Haardt - Magic happens when school time meets playtime. The quality of the pitches delivered this year was very high. I truly believe that most of the twenty ideas we heard are worth spreading far and wide Jessika Lynch, co-founder and curator of TEDxAmsterdamEDs program. It was becoming impossible to choose just three as we set out to do - so we chose five instead! These five people are all committed to doing amazing things in education, and we intend to work with them from today through March to prep them in every way possible for their success in doing that said Lynch, adding: Keep an eye out for more news from us.
