TEN(10) YEARS REMEMBRANCE OF LATE HON. ELDER BARR. EMPEROR EGBARA OWA(22nd May 1968 - 24th Sept.2004). Its exactly 10years(3,650 days) today you answered the glorious call. O! life! ephermeral!! transient!!! My beloved brother, you came, you saw, you understood and acted your part like all mortals. Suddenly and painfully, you left the stage(conveying chief John Oyom Okpas remains to obubra) unannounced(10years ago). You were a brother among brothers,colossus, charismatic, vibrant and venerated. You trained us to be selfless, vibrant, tolerant and accommodating. You taught us to be simple, humble, steadfast but firm in the face of tyranny. You taught us participatory democracy, exemplary and focused leadership. All these virtues and the like i MUST uphold and propagate in eternal memory of you. I really miss you..., Your mother misses you... Your children, wife, brothers, sisters, father, colleagues, friends, and even enemies misses you. Stay well, we are all fine. Continue to rest in Abrahams bossom till we meet to part no more Yimae! Yimae!! Yimae!!!......
