TEN EASY STEPS TO CONTROL MINORITIES 1. Segregate them into distinct voting districts for minorities. 2. Select leaders for them that will do, and vote as you say. 3. Dismember their family structure and discourage their faith. 4. Provide "free" things for them to be conditioned to expect. 5. Do not allow interference, or dissension from "outsiders". 6. Establish dependence from you for their existence. 7. Foment hatred towards those who have "enslaved" you. 8. NEVER allow those from within a voice of protest. 9. Establish enforcement UNIONS to maintain order. 10. Harvest their votes (freedom)...and express your appreciation for THEIR VICTORY.
