TENDER NOTICE Mogogosiek Health Center invites reputable, competent and interested contractors for removal, disposal and replacement of asbestos work. The contract will be labour-based. Qualification for Tendering (mandatory) The bidders are expected to include the following in their bids: (a) Certificate of registration. (b) KRA VAT/PIN certificate (c) Tax Compliance certificate (d) Certified copy of registration certificate with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in the stated categories will be an added advantage. (e) The bidders MUST be from locality unless local capacity in not available. (f) The contractor MUST know well the environment regulation relating to disposal of asbestos. Tender document can be obtained from procurement office at Mogogosiek Sub-county office, during normal working hours, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1000 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) payable to account No. 11430787756 KCB and the bank slip presented to our office. Duly completed tender document in duplicate and in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender number and be deposited in the tender box situated at outside procurement office at Mogogosiek sub-county on or before the 5th December 2014 at 12:00 NOON or be addressed to; THE PROCUREMENT Officer, Sub-county Administration Office - MOGOGOSIEK, KENYA. Tenders wll be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
