Banlist and clauses will be the same as Smogon UU as at 14 March 2015 with the additional clauses as follows:- - No legendary pokemon - No mega evolutions - No shiny pokemon - PLUS A SPECIAL RULE: Each team must bring at least one NFE (Not Fully Evolved) Pokemon. - Cosplay Pikachu counts as an NFE slot. - Players can use Pokemon OR/AS/X/Y in this tournament. Apparently cosplay pikachu can be used to battle against XY. But know that XY is in a disadvantage because they cannot see the costume of the cosplay pikachu. _____ Prizes: ¯¯¯¯¯ To be announced.
