TESTIMONIAL TIME! This is from a retired OBGYN. ENJOY! July 28, 2014 I am so excited about Anthony Chriscos Fascianator Class. As a OBGYN physician for the past 30 years this is the first time I have seen this method offered to treat chronic soft tissue injury. Usually soft tissue injuries are treated with cold or hot compresses, medication, and targeted physical therapy. His method differs by treating the entire body which is affected in a domino like fashion to the original source of injury. I am not saying conventional therapies dont work or are inappropriate. Anthony is offering an alternative. For myself personally I have noticed marked improvement in flexibility. Now when I reverse my car my spine can rotate effortlessly to look backwards. I also suffered from decades of stiff finger joints. Thats all gone. Its miraculous. I have been in class for just over one month. I worried that these benefits are due to a strong placebo effect, so I do keep that in mind. Time will definitely tell. In my opinion, the value of this class is the improvement in flexibility. This alone can minimize injury. Flexibility is definitely something we all need to preserve and improve as we age. Anthony has mentioned other benefits which intuitively make sense. These are: Improvement in the circulation of blood and lymphatics from the physical pushing of these liquids back into circulation. This causes quicker recirculation than would occur naturally. Will it improve your immune system? Dont know but maybe. I dont think it causes ovarian cysts to disappear but anything that improves blood supply to any area aids with healing. That is true for any part of the body. Lastly, I recommend people to try it. It is painful while you do it but the benefits are worth it. You can feel the pain leaving your body. Sincerely, Abbie Wong M.D.
