TESTIMONY! Im just thankful to God for being with me and my daughters this past Friday evening when our SUV almost turned completely onto its side into a ditch, at night, in the dark, in a place unfamiliar to us. I drove down a street that I thought I was familiar with. If it wasnt for that, I wouldnt have been driving anywhere strange in the dark. Anyway, when the street came to a dead end, I attempted to turn around and just go back the other way. In the process of turning around, somehow my SUV ended up in a ditch, with the front driver side off the ground, almost turned completely over onto the passenger side. Within seconds, a car drives up and asks if Im okay, then jumps back in the car and drives off without offering to call for help or to stay and assist. Then I get on the phone and call 911. Were on the phone for 10 mins trying to locate me, while its getting darker and darker. I have no idea where I am. Its dark, I cant see any street signs, theres no buildings or anything around. We end up getting disconnected. I call them back, were on the phone another 10 mins still trying to find my location. My daughters are in the backseat praying. And finally, another car drives up. He was an angel. I asked him to tell me where I was so 911 could send us some help. He gives them the location. So they finally were able to say those lovely words, HELP IS ON THE WAY. Im still in the car, frozen, scared to move because I didnt know if the car was going to turn all the way over. Afterwards, the nice dude that stopped was thoughtful enough to tell me to turn my car off so I dont kill me and the kids with the exhaust fumes; since the whole rear was in the ditch, it was pushing the fumes back into the car. Then I tell him thank you and let him know help is on the way. He said that hes going to stay and wait until the help arrives because theres no way hes leaving a woman and kids in distress on a dark road alone. Then the police arrive quickly, gets us out the car okay! Then a tow truck comes to pull the car out the ditch. PRAISE GOD, all of us came out okay, AND there was no damage to the car! And this girl right here is sooo grateful! IT SURELY COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE! Thank you for reading my long post and letting me brag on God :)
