TGIF!!!!! Good morning to you all and its a great day for the human races. Its been a really busy month with Juliet and Blakes 16th anniversary, Phil and I celebrated ours yesterday and Suzettes upcoming wedding. Life moves so fast, you blink and sure enough you have missed something. Today, I get a new phone so if you call and dont get me, its because I wont know how to work it for at least a year. Or, like the Mississippi song says If your phones not ringing, its me cause Im not calling, cause Im not sure that Im still over you! Dr. Phil Goode and I are embarking on a new phase of our lives together and are looking forward to where and what that may be. Its always exciting when there is something new ahead. I was reflecting this morning on how young, it seems to me, that our grandparents died, except for Tommy Smiths grandmother, who lived to be sharp and active, well over 100. I figure that Dr. Phil Goode and I have about 25 more years to travel, dance, make love, walk on lots of beautiful beaches, enjoy many lovely sunsets with a shot of Johnny Walker Black ( or Blue if we hit the lottery), do something new and different every week ( which we have already started) and try to stay up with all the changes in communication. That love letter thing that we were doing hardly got off the ground. I ( who never writes a love letter) wrote the good Doc one and Dr. Phil Goode, who has always written love letters to me, never had time to even start a line. I want to take that three month cruise around the world and Phil wants to follow in Hemingways footsteps and fish ( catch and release), drink Margaritas and adore me ( I added that part). We love books so much and science, that I think we will put bookshelves in the attic or garage. When recently I said this to someone, they said WHY? I cant imagine reading a Louis Lamour book only once. Have a wonderful day and remember If your mind can conceive it, your heart can believe it, you CAN achieve it!!!
