TGIM! We all need motivated, even me! If its house cleaning, have guests over! The more guests, the cleaner my house, lol! If its a class reunion or beach trip, we start dieting & working out. But what if you changed that thinking into this: Every day Ill do 1 thing. Just 1 extra thing that will do my body good. Here are some ideas: replace 1 soda/tea a day with water. Park further away. Pull all the way in your driveway then walk to the mailbox. After dinner reach for gum to chew on instead of the ice cream (or brush your teeth AND use mouth wash!). Gradually add just 1-2 important supplements a day & maintain consistency. PERSEVERE!
