Our CEO, Rob Posner had the distinct honor of accepting the Howard County Commission on Disability Issues Business Leadership Award on behalf of NewDay USA last night! NewDay USA was selected for this award as a result of how we value diversity and provide equal opportunities for employees with disabilities. We were nominated for this award by our teammate Reed Carter’s job coach, Maureen Howley, from Humanim. In her nomination, Maureen mentioned how the team at NewDay USA had provided Reed with many opportunities to grow and develop his career within the Company. Reed has worked as part of our NewDay team for 11 years and has only missed one day of work during that time! Reed has taught us the value of providing career opportunities to people with disabilities. We have been the beneficiaries of Reed’s demonstrated dedication to his career and to the entire NewDay USA team. Reed is a true inspiration, and we are stronger because he is a member of our team.
