THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR POWERFUL PRAYERS!!! Heres an update from my Mom about my Dad: You know the saying...hindsight being 20/20. I know we probably should have come straight to the Mayo clinic in Rochester, MN when we arrived Stateside, but such a long trip and so we opted local. Well, two weeks later we are finally where we need to be. The care here is AMAZING! They have already put together a team of Dr.s and are finally looking at many things that I mentioned over and over at the other two hospitals but no one took seriously. Here they believe that I know him far better then they do so my input is critical to a proper diagnosis. They are going to start looking at the possibility of internal injuries in the stomach and bowels. They are going to do a head scan since he hit the ground face first and has been struggling with apathy. I could go on...but you get the idea!! Praise God! Oh and by the way...one of their first comments was that they need to get him off narcotic pains meds so they are already weaning and shifting him!! We also found a product that is similiar to Ensure but it is organic and has good ingredients. He will be started on those tomorrow. So, now I feel like we will make serious progress toward...at this point...saving Waynes life. His weight loss continues but they are on top of it so I feel confident they will turn him around. So thank you all for the prayers. Once again we see God in the smallest places and we are certain of His presence and through your prayers, Wayne will be delivered! God bless you all! Love and hugs!
