THANKFUL BEYOND WORDS: There are not words to say for the love, compassion and fellowship that I feel towards the community of Minden, Louisiana. For over a year God has called us to minister to this community without a church building, without a job or salary, without many of the things that help us feel secure in life. With just a prayer and a hope for the opportunity to minister with, to and for a people without denominational barriers, without racial barriers, without social or economic barriers. But to begin and end each day with little more than a prayer to the Almighty God of Heaven and Earth, Lord, help us serve your creation today, your people today, to bless those we have the power to bless, to serve those we have the power to serve, to build up (and not tear down), to set free from shackles and see your people soar as if on the wings of an Eagle, to have your name, Oh! Lord! Magnified and Glorified. To meet our need humbly but make us bold in declaring Your Word, Your Will and Your Way! For Your Names Sake, in Jesus Name, Amen! We have prayed this prayer for over a year, and for over a year our Lord has blessed us, led us, with something far more than worldly security. He has blessed us with hundreds and thousands of friends, who want to bless even more people. This has been the most magnificent, beautiful, wonderous New Years Day of my life. As so many people have touched our lives today, have shared their hearts concerns for both Valerie and my health issues, and sharing our dream of living out Jesus prayer that Gods People be One People in Christ! Robert Eaton saw me today, and I had tears in my eyes. He said, Keith, I hope those are happy tears! I told Robert, These are the happiest tears in the world. I am the richest person in the world. THANK YOU MINDEN, THANK YOU FRIENDS, THANK YOU FAMILY FOR SHARING CHRIST WITH US, AND LETTING US SHARE CHRIST WITH SO MANY PEOPLE. WE LOVE YOU ALL. THANK YOU JESUS, LORD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH!
