THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE Very impressed with all your food logs!! One thing I did notice is many of you start your day with cereals. Many of these cereals have fewer than 5 ingredients so are acceptable on the challenge. But try to limit how often you eat them for breakfast. The way cereal is made/processed very little nutrients are left when done (empty calories). Nutrients are usually added back in but much of these are lost again due to a long shelf life - most cereals sit around for an average of 9 months before bought - over time most vitamins naturally degrade and lose their potency.
