THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF PRINCE DR. HENRY OKAFOR MD ISOPADEC--Kelvin Nwaka The MD of ISOPADEC without mincing words has performed so wonderfully well. These indices X-raying his achievements are utmost truth and could be verified. LIST OF ACHIEVEMENTS 1) N500 MILLION YOUTH EMPOWERMENT GRANT It took over a century of days of passionate effort and detailed explanations for the youthful and youth-loving Managing Director to convince his Excellency Gov Owelle Rochas Okorocha (OON, SAM) to approve the release of N500 Million ($3 Million) from ISOPADEC coffer for the empowerment of youths from oil producing communities of Ohaji/Egbema & Oguta L.G.A. To ensure that the funds were not misappropriated, Prince Henry Okafor after the release of the funds in 2013, again convinced His Excellency for the approval for the set up of a committee comprising entirely of clergymen of noble and unquestionably antecedents. The rest is now history. Cheerfully again, and like Oliver Twist, another round of effort from the Managing Director is in the pipe line to obtain another approval from the Governor. We must gratefully note that in the past before the arrival of Rescue Mission Government, the N500M or $3M given to youths could have easily and clandestinely been shared over a table of coffee and fat few man. 2) loading....
