Many Ukrainians want to side with the EU and the west and this poses a threat to Putin who wants to keep a short leash on the country and in essence control it through a puppet leader. Please remember Syria, to the south is still embroiled in a bloody civil war and one wonders if Putin goes with a military option in the Ukraine, will he then advance into the Middle East? In closing todays post. I believe what we are seeing are the birth pains described by Yashua in Matthew 24. The signs are here and this means we will see a ramping up toward the Great Tribulation.
