THE CHIEF JUSTICE AND THE SPEAKER OF PARLIAMENT MUST EXPLAIN OR.... folks.....another strange thing has happened in Mahamas administration on Wednesday 5,November 2014 where the speaker boldly and illegally refused to swear the Presidential Oath. this is in accordance with the yet to be matured constitution of Ghana as stated in article 60 clause 11-12 following the absence of the President and his vice.Funny enough the Speaker said he has earlier swore it in September, 2013.Meaning when you bath and you are dirty you dont bath again (he said it ooh).This explanation is balderdash to say the least and must be pooh-poohed as such.oh yeah.
