THE DRUMMER: I already posted while ago that beautiful corto movie of my friend Bill Block. I was really touched when i watched it the first time. The protagonist on the movie is a jazz drummer in a difficult moment of his life. The protagonist role is played by Dave Ratajczak, Dave died the 4th of October 2014. In the real life Dave was a great jazz and demanded NY drummer and also Bill´s brother in law. I didn´t know Dave personally, but when i heard he passed away i was really really sad. The character he was playing is so deep, and i guess than more than one of us will recognize himself, at least in some phases of our career. That corto for me will remain in my mind and in my hearth. Thanks a lot Dave for your fantastic interpretation. The world drummer community won´t forget you. vimeo/15273009
