THE END OF AN ERA! THE QUEEN STEPS DOWN FROM HER THRONE!! I know its hard to believe, but after almost a lifetime, a secret garden, 4 Cannabis Cups, and 200+ documented and personally tasted strains.....Im DONE!! Yes, you heard right...Queen Cheeba smokes NO MORE!! And No, the irony isnt lost on me... that once marijuana became legal, I quit....lol 2014 saw quite a few endings in my personal life. Many that caused great pain for me. But as we all know, the end is the beginning of something new! And for a time, I thought I was broken, down and out; pity party extraordinaire!! People left my life, that I thought I could not live without. Yet, I still woke up day after day! Tua Neter!! And as the months passed, the pain eased, and I began to recognize that life goes on with or without you! So I decided to pull my head out of the sand, and put my toes in it instead! Anyway, I couldnt be down for too long, because as I found out, my personality traits are of the Herukhuti clan....WARRIORS!! So I shook it off, and got back in the game. I took up painting as a stress reliever and outlet to express my colorful and creative side; I traveled a bit, saw some good flicks, met some new folks, reconnected with old friends, and of course, still managed to house it up!! So while I was actively being alive, I realized I wasnt really living like I should. Then oneday I picked up my Metu Neter and began reading! The desire for knowledge of true self, and spiritual enlightenment was awakened! So I enrolled in classes with the Ausar Auset Society Chicago, and began on the path towards my divinity!!! Looking back on 2014, I probably would have said that it was a year of loss and personal tragedy; but in reality it was a transition; a prepatory time. Getting me ready for the wonderful journey ahead! For me, it was the year of the Phoenix! And like the magnificient bird, I have risen from the ashes of my old life, soaring towards the sunrise of a new peaceful, holistically healthy, joyful way of living!!! Striving to Be and LIVE the 11 Laws of God!! I am excited to go into 2015! And I pray that everyone enjoys a Loving, Peaceful, Healthy and Joyful Year!! As I will continue to connect with and nurture the God in me, I pray for all to find, and nurture the God in You! Hetepu!!
