THE FIRST WAR WAS FOUGHT IN HEAVEN – Revelation12:7 “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Satan, in this last war, (which the Bible calls ‘Armageddon’) deceives the world into seeking to do the same thing ISIS is doing today – Either convert to our way of thinking or be killed. God tells us in Revelation 13, “he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or[f]the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:14-17. How does God fight for His people in this last war (the battle of Armageddon) where the Devil uses professed Christians and the entire world to fight God’s small remnant that has remained true to “the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus?” Revelation 14:12. He fights with the Seven bowls of His wrath, the seven last plagues that fall upon the persecutors of His faithful few. Those who hate those who obey God’s Ten Commandments (including the 4th – the 7th day Sabbath commandment) do not realize they have chosen the “Mark of the Beast” by their refusal to obey God’s Holy Law and let God write His commandments in their heart (Hebrews 10:16). The closing scenes of Earth’s history, just before Jesus comes again, will be uncomfortable for everyone, both the righteous few and the wicked majority. In this final war against the commandments of God, Satan will cause the Christian world to look for an answer to terrible things that will be happening -the world-wide overwhelming problems and will unite the Christian world to call for a universal Sunday law (in opposition to God’s 4th commandment) Exodus 20:8-11. The world will be united around this law and those who keep the 7th day Sabbath will be expected to convert in order to bring harmony and bring back God’s blessings that they attribute to the desecration of Sunday. First they will command that those who do not convert will not be allowed to buy or sell (See Revelation 13) and then order that they should be killed. – The same method as being used today by ISIS – convert or die! When this universal rebellion against the law of God takes place and persecution is brought against those who are faithful God will step in bringing the seven bowls of His wrath upon those who are attacking His children. The End of the Story – God wins and so will you if you remain faithful. If you, today learn His promises, hunger and thirst (Matthew 5:6) for His Holy Spirit. ABC the promises of God -- (A – ASK / B- Believe / C- Claim) God’s promises and receive God’s Spirit that you may learn God’s Message and carry it to “every nation, tribe, tongue and people with a loud voice.” Revelation 14:6-7 Study God’s Word and Study the “testimony of Jesus” which is “the Spirit of Prophecy.” Revelation 12:17; 19:10. Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the bowls[a] of the wrath of God on the earth.” These terrible judgements will not come upon the faithful remnant who “keep the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus (Revelation 12:17 those who “keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus” though persecuted will win everlasting life.
