DRINK WATER!!! • Transports nutrients and oxygen into cells • Moisturizes the air in lungs • Helps with metabolism • Protects our vital organ • Helps our organs to absorb nutrients better • Regulates body temperature • Detoxifies • Protects and moisturizes our joints Water is vital to your health and body functions. Although, the recommended norm is 8 glasses in most cases, I recommend increasing your intake. Bonus benefit, the more water you intake, the less water your body holds, which helps eliminate water weight.
