He covers a lot of stuff, then mostly forgets about it for a while. When I was young and thought writing was just a side interest, these blogs changed my life. AND FINALLY, THE ONE YOUVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR The Short Short Story Competition! No, thats not a typo. Short Short is apparently a professional term. In this case, it means a story thats less than 1,500 words. The early bird deadline is November 15, 2013, and the early bird fee is $20. Yes, you have to pay to submit for each story, but the grand prize is $3,000 and a trip to New York for a writers conference. Thats the shit thats worth writing for.
