Counseling Dates: From 27th March onwards as per Counseling Schedule indicated in ANNEXURE–IV of the Notification No. 13-BOPEE of 2014 dated: 16-03-2014. Counseling Fee: Rs. 2000/= ( Rupees Two Thousand only) in the form of HDFC Bank Challan or Bank Draft in favour of FA/CAO J&K BOPEE payable at Jammu/Srinagar. Registration Time: 09:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. on each respective date of counselling. Presence of Candidate: The candidates should be present personally in the counseling along with Electronic Admit Card downloaded from BOPEE website. However, in exceptional cases where candidate cannot appear personally due to some very important reason, he/she may be represented by an authorized person with prescribed authority letter as per Performa provided in Information Brochure along with Electronic Admit Card. Production of Documents: The candidates are required to produce the following certificates in original along with one set of attested Xerox copies of the same: Date of Birth Certificate, State Subject/PRC, Marks Sheets of 1st, 2nd Professional and Pre final and final MBBS/BDS Examinations, Internship Certificate, MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate from State Medical Council/State Dental Council and Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India (wherever applicable), Reserved Category Certificate, Sports Certificate, Difficult Area Certificate and Rural Service Certificate (wherever applicable). Discipline/Institution Allotment: The allotment of seats (discipline/institution) shall be made strictly on the basis of merit, choice of the candidate and availability of seat at the time of counseling. Note:- 1. The roll no.’s given in the likely to be recommended lists are subject to verification of original documents of the candidate and marks secured in the Entrance Test and mere mention of the roll no. in the list will not accrue any right to the candidate who is otherwise found ineligible. 2. The selection recommended for admission in various streams in ASCOMS and Govt. Dental College is subject to the approval of MCI and DCI respectively and affiliating Universities. 3. The candidates recommended under NRHM reserved category shall be subject to the outcome of the court case pending before the Hon’ble High Court of J&K. 4. Students are advised, in their own interest to visit BOPEE website daily in order to know the latest seat matrix.
