In case of any difficulty, applicants may avail this facilityduring these days at the Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE both at Jammu and Srinagar, onpayment of nominal fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only).Candidates who fail to download their Admit Cards by the due date can also collect theirElectronic Admit Cards from Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE, Jammu/Srinagar in the morn-ing on 19th of February, 2014 on payment of late fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only)in the form of non-refundable bank draft drawn in favour of the FA/CAO, BOPEE payable atJammu/HDFC Bank Challan.Examination VenueThe Venue, Date and Time of the MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS Entrance Test is mentionedon the Electronic Admit Card.Important InstructionsThe candidates are required to reach the venue of the examination centres by the ReportingTime (i.e. 09:55 A.M. for morning session and 01:25 P.M. for afternoon session) on the day ofexamination. They are also required to carry with them any one of the below mentioned PhotoID Proofs in original positively, besides the Electronic Admit Card downloaded from the BOPEEwebsite.Photo ID Proofs: Election ID Card/Adhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Photo ID issuedby concerned college, Passport.The candidates are also required to go through the below mentioned guidelines carefully:Tab, Smart Phone, Mobile Phone, Pager, Bluetooth Device, and Camera, Calculator orany other communication/electronic device is not allowed inside the premises of ExaminationCentre. If a candidate is found carrying on any one of these devices in the Examination Centre,his/her candidature will be cancelled including ban for future examination/selection.The candidate(s) who has/have submitted wrong/false information and has/have man-aged to appear in the examination will be disqualified from being considered for admission andif admission is granted on the basis of such information, his/her/their admission shall be can-celled and departmental action/criminal prosecution where ever applicable will be recommend-ed including cancellation of registration. Mere appearing in the entrance test cannot be in any way read as a pronouncement bythe Board upon the eligibility of a candidate or acceptance of submitted information which shallbe determined subsequently.The candidates who are presently pursuing any PG/Diploma course are not eligible toappear in the entrance test till they complete their course.The candidates are advised to go through the instructions given in the Electronic Brochuremore particularly read instructions for filling of the OMR sheet very carefully as some importantdecisions of the Advisory committee have been incorporated in the form of instructions whichwill be strictly implemented while evaluating OMR sheets of the candidates.The candidates are informed that as a matter of policy the keys of the Question paperswill be uploaded on the BOPEE’s website on 20th Feb. at around 6 pm and students can makerepresentation(s), if any, against any question within two days (i.e. 21st and 22nd, Feb) up to 4p.m. on a prescribed format with a documentary proof based on standard Text Books only, noother proof will be accepted. The prescribed format will be available on the BOPEE’s Websitefrom 20th- 22nd Feb. 2014. No representation received after the prescribed date will be accept-ed in any case as that delays the whole admission process. These representations, if any, willbe given due consideration by the experts whose decision will be final. On the basis of the deci-sion of these experts a revised key, if required, will be uploaded again on the Board’s Website.No representation will be entertained on the revised key.The cases of impersonation will be dealt very seriously.
