THE JOY AND SORROW OF MY LIFE: Last Sept. 16,2014 I was confined at the Korean Hosp. at Trece M. City. After a series of ultra soundw my gall bladder the Dr. decided to to do an emergency surgery. Remove the g. bladder wl gall stones& also the appendix wc was already affected.The emergency surgery was scheduled Sept.17 at 3 pm. Before the surgery the Dr. wanted to see my children. My husband phoned Mhel. Mhel phoned Rhoda, Rhoda phoned Ron. After lunch my 3 children arrived in the hosp. I cried upon seeing them all (minus one who is in State). I cried bec. I am not used to seeing them all together in my sick bed.They consoled me, then proceeded to the Drs room. At quarter to 3pm I was led to the operating room.(me lying on bed).The last words I heard was G A(Gen. Anesthesia). Acc. to my children I stayed in the OR for 3 hrs, but the actual operation lasted only for 2 hrs. When I was brought back to my room I saw Alice & Cesar, fr. Muntinlupa City. My children received a long distance call fr. my sister fr. California conveying her familys concern plus the concern of my other sis. fr. California also. Of course di mawawalaang call fr. my daughter & her family fr. Tx. Thur. pm, the Dr. said I could go home on Fri. but unfortunately typhoon Glenda struck the Phil. The Dr.came Sat. & gave a clearance for my dismissal on the same day. THE JOY BROUGHT BY MY EMERGENCY SURGERY; Our 3 children stayed in the hospital for 2 dys & 2 nights. Although the wound hurts I enjoyed those very rare moments wl my children. Of course we miss their sister, but distance was vs. us. Each one recalled their childwood experiences, their petty quarrels, mga kapilyuhang ginagawa ng 2 boys, mga pambubuska s 2 sisters. w/ made me smile. (bawal magsalita skin.) Ron was the one running for errands. Most of the time, Mhel Rhoda & my husband were left in the room to buhat me to a sitting position. Mhel & Rhoda did it together. Paul our eldest grdson always dropped at the hosp.to visit me.before going home.Whenever he would position me to sit he would do it alone. He had the strength of Ron. He consoled me much. Im so happy w/ his concern. Sabi ko tuloy 2 na ang youngest son namin s pamilya. Knowing that you are loved in the family & they still need a mother & grdmother made my healing fast. Thanks to the whole family. But I could not overlook the great help of my daughter & her family in States.Had they been here Alex & Rose would also help s pag-aalaga s akin. Because of their family I As able to go home as ordered by the Dr. Alex & Rose sent dollars to pay for all my medical expenses.w/out w/c baka hindi ako agad nakauwi. or magpromisory note kaya ako. Baka bumilang ng taon, di pa ako bayad. Thank you mga anak. Sa inyong 4 at mga pamilya nyo may God bless you more. Kay Paul s 2nd youngest son namin,thank you very much too.
