THE LAST JUDGMENT (d day of gr8 surprises) ------------------------------------ In d institutions of high learning, d highest a lecturer can go is to give his students an area of concentration if he wished to assists dm. Anything more than ds could mean serious bridge of exams code of conduct(EXPO) & is punishable by law. Contrary, in d University of Kingdom of Heaven, Jesus Christ d gr8 Rabbi not only give an area of concentration to His students, but he also gave dm examination questions & answers b4 d exams day. One could easily understand why He is given access to such information. This is largely bc there is no provision for carry over. Once u fail in any of d kingdom courses, d consequence follows immediately. Because it is appointed for man to die once, & after death comes Judgment. But d fact dt many students of ds institution is still failing despite d expo is a matter dt demand urgent attention. In d time of Jesus earthly ministry d majority of people around him were d scribes,d sad to sees & far to sees groups; fanatical custodians of law who believed dt kingdom of God can only be attain by do & dont. It was against ds background dt Jesus decided to correct d impression on their mind & to show d criteria of entering d kingdom of heaven. On d last day he said, d Judgment wl be based on how many people u were able to assist in their difficult times. The Judge, Jesus Christ wl speak in ds manner When I was hungry, u gave me food to eat; thirsty, u gave me drink; sick, u... Now enter into d rest of my father. In our short story 4 d day. St Martin de poor was a high ranking officer in Army. One day he was retiring to his home on a very cold evening when an old beggar begged him 4 arms. He was not haven any money on him, but he discover dt d beggar was not properly covered 4 d whether. So he took his sword, cut part of his overall wear, gave it to d poor beggar to cover himself & continued on his way. That same night, he heard a knock on his door. Opening d door he saw Jesus wearing d same cloth he gave to d beggar. Then Jesus said to him, Martins thanks 4 ur cloth & disappeared. Many of us like dt rich young man in d Bible can be judged perfect in practice of law. D ten commandment & doctrines of Religion, we are blameless like Barr. Saul d Pharisees b4 he became Paul d Apostle. But Jesus have shown us dt obedient to d law is not all dt is required for accessing kingdom of Heaven; there is more to dt. Given & caring to people in need. When u practice ds virtues, indirectly u are giving & caring for Jesus. Giving & caring is not always measured in terms of money. But, teaching d ignorants, words of advice to a confused person, assisting someone in a task too difficult 4 him, spending quality time wt someone in need of companionship & so on. We wl be amaze @ what wl happen on d last day. Many will go to d master & say, we prophesied & did miracle in ur name. But Jesus wl deny not having anything to do wt dm. Ds wl not be our lot IJN.
