Leadership is responsibilty.it can also be seen as a medium through which plans and actions are conceived, hatched and implemented. In other words, it is an effective means of getting things done or achieved through proper management of people and other resources. A good leader in any organizatn,,minstry/church, country or socidty must be able to give proper directn and also point d way forward. A good leader should be able to instill confhdent, faith and trust in d people who are in d beneficiaries.
