THE LEVER OF TRUTH Archimedes, an ancient Greek mathematician and inventor once explained, Give me a lever long enough, and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world. The statement is mathematically true. With the right element of power in place and enough leverage, there isnt anything that cannot be moved. Archimedes was an infinity thinker. He was beyond the box. I believe there are levers hidden in the universe. Maybe not so much hidden as much as ignored, being so out of the box in the context of thought men traditionally attach their troubles with, that the levers cant be seen by them. And when it comes to the levers, I believe God is the Author of those levers, having made them within Himself first and made what He has made available to be utilized by His sons. The levers of God are a thing called truth. The funny, or not so funny thing about truth, is that truth is true no matter whether we think truth to be true or not, and truth is not a changing, moving target, as truth is true on a scale of never ending. It does not matter where you are in the universe, truth is true. It is unchangeable. It is eternal. It does not matter where you are in history or where you are in todays direct experience of your life. Truth is true, and it has always been, and it will always be. The think about truth, is that when a man sees truth and holds truth, he holds the lever of power, power so immense that it sustains even when other things around it are failing. Truth is eternal. Truth has a way of cutting through the clutter. Truth is like the trickles of water that carved The Grand Canyon, steadily removing everything that was movable by its steady stream of power. Whatever is built on a lie will ultimately wash away, but with the lever of truth in his hand, a man becomes the force of change. The lever exists. The one who blesses himself in the earth, will bless himself in the God of truth, and the one who commits himself to any agreement will do so in regard to the God of truth, and the former troubles will be a forgotten memory, entirely hidden and concealed from anyones view. Look then and see as I create an entirely new heavens and an entirely new earth, for what was and has been will no longer be remembered, not longed for in the mind (Isaiah 65: 16-17).
