THE LORDS DEMAND FOR OUR BENEFITS! In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength .....(but they refuse to have none of these). Isaiah 30:15. How wonderful are the plans and purpose of God for our lives! They are simple and easy to do! But we hell bent to do otherwise @times. I pray this will not be our portion IJN. Repentance plus Rest will achieve salvation for us. Thats Repentance from our sinnful ways and perfect Rest in His complete work of redeemtion on the cross of Calvary! Quietness plus Trust will achieve for us our daily needed strength. Here God is asking for our serenity of heart, peace within regardless of the happenings without. While Trusting in His divine ability to meet our daily needs gives us inner strength to press foward in the presence of seemingly unsomuntable difficulties. Thses two important things salvation and strength is so much needed if any man would have any dealings with God almighty! But, it is a pity the Israelites that first recieve this revelation refuse to accept it, insteat they want to achieve this thing with their own ability. And we know that in human ability can no man achieve divine feet! It is my earnest prayer that you and I will accept this simple demand of God so we can enjoy His salvation and strength!
