David only said she fainted and stormed out like someone who was being operated with a remote. He knew something was wrong with his son in- law.somethin g was definitely wrong with him.David had always accorded him with much respect but none of those respect could be traced in the manner David spoke to him. He shook his head and waited for her daughter to wake up,so he can ascertain what the problem is. Angela my daughterher mother touched her as she coughed on the bed.She woke up,looking around the hospital room wondering what happened to her. Mum....dad.... ,what happened to me?she asked. Her mother held her hand. its alright my child Angela supported her head with her hand as the sharp pain,headache, reverbrated in her head,as if sayingnot so fast.i am still with you Angela winced in pain.The past memories started coming back to her.She remembered what happened.She became weak again. Davidshe muttered in a low voice. Her parents didnt bother asking her what happened because they knew she was still weak. A docter soon arrived.He had been called by a nurse when Angela woke up. you must be her father?the doctor asked,referring to Chief Uwa. yes,i amhe replied. where is her husband?the doctor asked again. i hope my daughter is alright doctor?Mrs uwa cut in. he is not available for now.if there is any problem,tell me.i am her fatherhe said.The doctor beckoned on him to come along while they went into his office. Angela soon woke up and started shedding tears when she remembered again that her maid was pregnant for her husband and how David had said shes the one that should leave the house. Mum,the maid is pregnant for my husband.And to top it all,when i wanted to send her out,my own husband told me that i am the one who should leave the house.this is all my faultShe told her eagerly listening mum and wept bitterly.
